How we clean your home.
No one should ever fire up a powerwasher and put it right up to their siding. Proper home washing requires the proper detergents, dwell time, and thoughtful rinsing. We are technically a "Soft Wash" company.
A soft wash uses modified power washing equipment to refresh your home's exterior with a significantly reduced chance of water penetrating your walls. What makes our technology different than most other's is that we also have a hot and cold water option, which allows us to clean even the most stubborn stains and frame and kill mold and algae effectively. Wider-than-normal wand tips and high volume pumps are then used to rinse away grime.
OUR UNIQUE CLEANING PROCESS
Our power washing process follows the latest industry standards.

We begin by removing anything on the driveway and sweeping away large debris.
​
Next, we wet the surface to offer an even surface for the eco-friendly detergents to adhere to.
​
The application of a targeted eco-friendly detergent, is sprayed on with a diaphragm pump.
​
The key part of our process is dwell time, where the detergents are given approximately 15 minutes to sit and perform their duty.
​
After 15 minutes the surface is blasted clean using a hot and cold wash surface washer system.
